I like to keep things relaxed by capturing your day stylishly but without intrusion. photographing the momentsas and when they happen whilst including a couple of the all-important group shots too.

It’s completely your decision on how many we do as your choices are the most important although I’m always on hand to recommend what I feel works best if that’s what you’d prefer.

Meeting up to chat about your wedding plans, how you met, your favourite food and just getting to know one another before booking is really important. Whether its at your place, your chosen venue or a nice bar/ coffee house I always look forward to hearing your stories whilst chatting in more detail about how i’d like to capture your day.

For midweek weddings or weddings booked from November through to March I can offer a discount so please get in touch for more details.

A beautiful bespoke leather bound album in 10×10 with 75 images of your choice

£450 – A 10″x 10″ bespoke leather bound album with 75 images of your choice (more pages can be added)

£225 – x2 smaller parent books – exact copies of the main album just in a smaller size (parents LOVE these!)

Extra INFORMATION

Wedding Day Coverage

Your whole day will be covered from getting ready in the morning right up until the first dance (and a couple more after that when everyone else joins in and the real dancing starts!) I’m always happy to come earlier or finish later so please just ask.

Having a Second Shooter

Having a second photographer is a brilliant way of capturing your day from two different view points, whilst also allowing you to have both groom and bridal preparations photographed if you are getting ready at two different venues. You get so many more of the relaxed, candid photos this way too.

Travel

Expenses are included within a 50 mile radius (1 hour drive) after this a small charge for fuel will be added but please contact me to get a more accurate quote. I’m happy to travel throughout the UK and Oswald-Regularnationally.

The Engagement Shoot

This is a great way for us to get to know each other a little bit more and get you out in front of a camera before the big day. It can be just the two of you or feel free to bring along any kids / pets etc. We can go to a favourite place of yours or a nearby park / woodland, its completely up to you. This also gives us a great opportunity to go through some final details for the wedding day itself and you can always use the images for your invitations or signing frames.

Copyright

You are able to print, copy and upload any of your wedding day photos on to social media sites which means you have full personal usage rights to your photos. Gemma Gaskins Photography owns the copyright to all the images taken, which means they can be used on her website and for any marketing. Saying that i’m always happy to keep them private if you’d prefer.

Waiting for Photographs

All your images will be fully edited and ready for you to view 10-12 weeks after your wedding day. Depending on the time of year and how busy my schedule is I like you to have your images as soon as possible. You’ll be provided with a private link to your gallery online as soon as they are complete and a USB of high resolution jpeg images will be in the post straight after this.

How to Book

You’ll need to complete and sign a wedding contract and booking form online. Then a non-refundable deposit of £350 is required to secure your date in the diary. This amount is taken off the final balance which is then due one month before your wedding day.

Albums

Lots of research and testing into different album companies has been done to make sure your album is of the highest possible quality. The stunning albums supplied are printed from edge to edge with a lay flat spine meaning you can have an image run across the whole double page spread beautifully. You can choose to have them bound in leather or suede in a variety of colours with your names embossed on the front. There’s a great range of parent/guest albums also available. I personally design all the albums and this is included with each album package.
